*Please note, that the reduced fee can only be granted in good standing EAA membership (membership fee paid for 2023/2024). If you wish to join the EAA, please apply for EAA membership first and once you have received your EAA membership certificate, you can register for the discounted fee.

**Extra badges for exhibitors'staff during the congress, available only for exhibiting companies. This fee excludes doctors and the congress documentation. Cannot be used as an exhibition only pass.

• Lunch on Thursday and Friday

Invitation letter for visa application

All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter in email from the Registration Secretariat. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.

Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a refund of the registration fees to Registration Secretariat by e-mail (registration@eca2024.com) before 7 July 2024. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after 7 July 2024 no refund is possible. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be applied for such refunds and all payment charges will be at your expense.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of your participation must be emailed to the Registration Secretariat at registration@eca2024.com. The following cancellation fees will apply:

Registration fees

• Cancellations received before or on 7 July 2024: 80% of the fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations received after 7 July 2024: no refund is available.

Social program tickets

The price of the purchased tickets cannot be refunded, tickets can however be transferred to another participant.

Payment

All payments should be made in EUR to the Registration Secretariat.

Payment by credit card

The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an receipt by email.

Payment by bank transfer

All payments should be made in EUR and sent to Congressworks Llp to below bank account. Payments should be made free of all bank charges and commissions.

Payments by bank transfer are accepted till 20 August 2024.

Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within a week after you have registered.

Payment receipts

A taxable invoice/receipt will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Registration Secretariat is not able to modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.
