All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter in email from the Registration Secretariat. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a refund of the registration fees to Registration Secretariat by e-mail (registration@eca2024.com) before 7 July 2024. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after 7 July 2024 no refund is possible. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be applied for such refunds and all payment charges will be at your expense.
Cancellation of your participation must be emailed to the Registration Secretariat at registration@eca2024.com. The following cancellation fees will apply:
The price of the purchased tickets cannot be refunded, tickets can however be transferred to another participant.

The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an receipt by email.
All payments should be made in EUR and sent to Congressworks Llp to below bank account. Payments should be made free of all bank charges and commissions.

A taxable invoice/receipt will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Registration Secretariat is not able to modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.
